i adored the upgrade to a suite! complimentary drinks awaited, a tender welcome. the spa package felt otherworldly, and the staff always ensured our glasses remained full. afternoon tea was good, especially with gluten-free options available.
The bar closed a little early each evening. Before midnight, i believe.

our room offered ample space and was clean. the shower worked excellently, the water was always hot and the pressure was fantastic. it was a haven of peace for us and our stay felt idyllic.

the staff were friendly and efficient! mark, the bar manager, stood out as he was polite and well-mannered. becky, our wedding coordinator, was also great and ensured everything felt perfect.

The double room spa included two separate sinks. THE rainfall shower was powerful and refreshing. Breakfast offered various options including scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. I saw fresh fruit and yogurt available at the buffet.
The gym equipment looked somewhat dated.

This place was like a dream, my twin room was immaculate with such comfortable bedding. I slept wonderfully. the breakfast was a lovely buffet with many tasty gluten-free options available. i felt so pampered during my spa treatments. The staff remembered every detail.
I noticed a very small stain on one of the hand towels. It didn't affect my stay though.

The dining area was pristine, light filled with large windows that overlooked the grounds. Breakfast was available until 10:00 a.m. the buffet offered a generous selection of both hot and cold items including pastries and fresh fruit.

the twin room featured two comfortable single beds complete with plump pillows, the room included a spacious wardrobe. a coffee maker and complimentary tea were available in my room. the bathroom featured soft towels.

Staff members were very attentive to my needs and those of the children, especially during breakfast service. They provided extra assistance. the spa staff remembered all my preferences. This was very comforting. the reception staff were always available.
